First week

I don't know about anyone else but the first few days of week one where rough. Its got a lot better. I feel like I have settled into a good routine now. I'm still working on what foods work best for me. Dinner always seems to be tricky. I what something with substance, not just salad. Anyone else feel this way?

  1. Yes! I've read a lot of articles about how it's healthy to have your biggest meals be breakfast and lunch...but I find myself saving all my calories so I can eat dinner every night. I don't know if I'm like that because that's what I've always been used to, or if I'm just tired at the end of the day and want good food?
