WE DID IT! I made my weight loss goal for this challenge and now I have some new goals. I want to start exercising in the morning so that I get it done. There were many times I talked myself out of it at night after having dreaded it all day. I am not a morning person...at all..so baby steps.
I am signing up for a half marathon at the end of May! I ran 8 miles on Saturday, so the training is going well.
I want to practice maintaining my weight for a couple of months and then lose the last 5lbs. by the end of the year.
