Spring Slim Down Challenge

Hi! My name is Carrie Fowler and I live in Greeley, Colorado.  My husband is  in his second year of Podiatry Residency and we have four little kiddos. This is my 3rd challenge and I am planning on making this one my best!! I can do 8 weeks, plus I don't have any trips or visitors to distract me.  I am doing this challenge because it motivates me to exercise and become more healthy and helps me limit my sugar intake a little (my weakness)  and helps me set healthy goals for myself.  I also want to fit into my shorts this summer a little better! Hoping to get there!
