I ran a jack hammer in a trench this week for part of my exercise!
They should put one of these things in the GYM for a total upper body workout!!
The problem with working outside all day is you think you can eat a little more of the good stuff!
I really like the 5 day a week exercise and the 50 minutes - it just seems like something you can more easily carry on after the challenge.
2 down - 6 to go - that seems easy also!
