I have a challenge for everyone.

In January I had a friend start a fitness challenge.  She lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks.  I didn't think it was very healthy but good for her right. I didn't lose 20 in this 8 week challenge but I did lose. 
Last week I ran into the friend again.  She said it had been 8 weeks since she ended the challenge and she has gained 20 plus 4 more!!

My challenge is to not gain it all back by the fall challenge.
