I have not had a problem avoiding sugary drinks, but of course you tell me not to have them and then I want them. Eat healthy snacks, usually do just fine with this, but tell me not to and then I crave them. I doing good resisting, but is sure makes it harder when someone says don't do it.
I hear ya! Ifind myself finding things to do away from home so I am not tempted. Good luck, stay strong 😉
