Snacks

I make great weight loss progress when I avoid eating sweets and pop. Most people are probably like that. When I'm the one who makes the choice to avoid those danger foods, I don't feel a big draw to them. However, when someone else tells me I'm not allowed to have them...well, that's a whole different story. I usually substitute healthier choices when I'm craving something sweet, but even my go-to foods are out this week.  Thank goodness it's only 5/7 days.

I hope you are all enjoying the push for exercise this week. Now is the time when injuries start cropping up. Make sure to cool-down well from your workouts, and use plenty of ice on those sore spots. Keep pushing and you'll reach your goals!
