Sometimes I'm asked by friends if I enjoy working out. The answer has always been a strong "No". I don't enjoy it, I just know it needs done. However, I appreciate the results. I have seen inches come off, and although the weight is not as fast as I'd like, I feel stronger. Some days I leave the gym thinking I must have lost 5 pounds from that workout, to only see 1 pound shed for the week, but I'll take that 1 and run with it!
Don't run "with" it....run "from" it. You're faster now, you can leave it in the dust.
