There are many parts of this challenge that have helped shape a new way of living for me. One of the things I am most thankful for this week is the sleep goal. Prior to this challenge, I never made sleep a priority, and knew that I could function just fine with a five hour night. However, since implementing the sleep goal of 7 hours or more, I have really felt the difference of what a full night's sleep can help me accomplish.
You are crazy. Now I know how you get so much done! Only five hours would kill me.
