My biggest challenge as of late has been sleep. I started homeschooling one of my children this year, and started sleeping less in order to prepare lessons. My husband also works away a lot, so I would stay up late to get things done, or just get some me, alone, quiet time. It is taking a toll on me, and I have been sick a lot this winter -surprise, surprise. I feel like my energy level is non-existent, and that is bad news when you have 4 children. I have done one of these competitions in the past and I know that I am more competitive than motivated, so I know it will help me change things around and be more healthy and therefore more productive. We sent our homeschooler back to school after Christmas break, so I am hoping the sleep hours will start rolling in, and my house wont look like a natural disaster hit it everyday.
My name is Susan, and I am hoping to maintain my weight throughout this challenge, but build some muscle as well. I have been really bad about letting my workouts fall away the past month because I have been sick or had sick kids, and I am a much better person when I get my workouts in haha (my husband can attest). I feel like working out gives me the strength, energy, and sense of accomplishment I need to be more productive throughout the day. I am thankful Stephanie is willing to head up this challenge, because I know it is a lot of work, but it is much appreciated, because it is just want I need to get back on track, and I love knowing there are others out there doing it with me. Good luck to everyone and thank you Stephanie!
Glad you are in! We've had some winter sickness here too and it's hard to find the motivation again!
