Another recipe from Aunt Karen

Here is the best Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken Recipe you will ever eat.
Place in the crock pot:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
 1 C honey
1/2 C soy sauce
1/2 C diced onion
1/4 C ketchup
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 t red pepper flakes
Cook on low 3-4 hours or on high 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours on high.
When chicken is cooked remove it and shred.
Add 1 - 2 T cornstarch to 6 T water in a small bowl and stir.  Add to sauce in crock and stir until thickened.  Add chicken and let soak up sauce. 
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
