Spring Slim Down Challenge

I’m so excited to be here! I love Steph, and have known her for...3/4ish years? Our Hubbies were both in residency in Colorado at the same time.
I’m a stay at home mama of 4 kiddos, 7,6,3 and 6 months. I love theater and being silly. I live in a tiny town of 1400 people, in the middle of South Dakota. Brr! I love food!!! That’s why I’m here. Plus my body needs me to rededicate myself to a healthier lifestyle. It’s hard. I’m so glad we have a big group to do the challenge with! Hopefully I will learn a lot from everyone!
