Week 3

I have really been loving the challenges so far. It has been great motivation to do what I know I should already be doing. I am especially excited for this week. Not necessarily because I snack a ton at night, but more because I have found with my body, it responds best to having dinner before 8 pm if possible and not eating after that. So hopefully I can see even more results this week! Good luck everyone!

  2. Girl, you are doing amazing! I need some of that motivation..however, there is a target gift card on the line here! haha! Also I'm sad because if we head to Red Robin anytime soon we need to plan a late lunch since we tend to stay forever and eat all the fries!
