Spring Slim Down Challenge

Mary here with my go to chicken recipe.  It's kinda like cafe Rio chicken it's great in salad, burritos pretty much anything.  I usually just buy a large bag of frozen chicken and throw it in the crockpot.  

Zesty chicken

 8 ounces zesty Italian dressing 

1 tablespoon chili powder 

1 tablespoon cumin 

3 cloves garlic (I use the kind in a jar found in produce)

5 pounds chicken (can use larger bag if desired)

cook together then shred meat

Also good with lime and cilantro
