I'm starting to feel the muscles back in my legs again!!! I'm so excited about this. I've been running a lot, training for a half marathon in November. This 10 week challenge came into my life at just the right time. It's helped me get way more motivated. This week has been a pretty good. Holiday weekends, BBQs, and eating out didn't help but it hasn't been too bad. Music really helps pump me up and get moving. This week "St Elmo's Fire" by John Parr did just that. Awesome 80s music 😄
