My motivation this week has been really low this week. I still have been working out and getting in my fruits and veggies but it has been hard for me to want to. The scale NEVER moves and all I want to do is drink my diet coke and polish off the bag of chocolate covered cinnamon bears, oh wait, I did! ;( Not to mention it is the Super Bowl this weekend and I know that I will eat like crap that day too. Oh, next week is a new week and I will do better!....
