Just up with a baby who won't go back to bed and thought I'd check in. This week has been ok. I really like the reminder to eat fruits and veggies. I twisted my knee last weekend while playing in a volleyball tournament so I've had to find new ways to workout. It's been a struggle but it's also been fun figuring it out. I'm glad I'm doing this challenge because I don't think I'd be finding ways to workout with an injury. I think I'll be back to running next week though. Yay!
