Baked Veggies

So Ashley accidentally posted on my account so I am going to post on hers...My recipe is really simple. Cut up veggies we use broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and potatoes. Put them in a gallon baggie with a little oil and any seasonings you want. We like to use garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Then dump them on a cookie sheet and bake them until they are soft. We like to eat them dipped in plain greek yogurt mixed with bbq sause and sriracha.
