Phew!! Last second save! Almost forgot to blog this week. Don't wanna give up 10 easy points! The not snacking after 7:30 challenge this week has been super helpful for me. I get the muchies really bad after the kids go to bed. I just want to sit in front of the tv with popcorn and chocolate and unwind from my day. Usually this negates most of the good choices I made during the day... Anyone else struggle with this??
I am the same way, and then after a week like this I realize it's not that hard to do and vow to continue!
