At the end of Week 2 I am feeling good! I've lost a couple of pounds and I'm feeling stronger. I'm loving the beautiful spring weather that gives me a chance to workout outside. I'm trying to push myself harder in my workouts. Today I thought I'd take it easy and do some walking on the river trail by my house. But keeping up with these two on their bikes,
and racing back to the car pushing this guy in the stroller to beat the rain storm turned my easy walk into some good cardio! Thanks everyone for the motivation to keep me pushing through! I hope you all are feeling a few good benefits at the end of week 1 as well.
