Okay, I tried a tae bo workout on youtube and let's just say it wasn't a success. All that foot choreography had me 4 steps behind the whole time. LOL
The class "cheerleaders" gave me a good eye-rolling workout though.
I used to love tae Bo too! I still have a few of the vhs tapes if anyone wants to borrow them! I also own Darren's dance grooves if anyone wants to try that!
I LOVED tae bo when I was in high school! I had no idea it was on you tube, I thought it died with the vhs.
