1 Measly Pound

This week I came at it with a vengeance.

I stuck to 1200-1300 calories a day, exercised 60 minutes, I cardioed, I strength trained, I got my 10,000 steps in, drank my water, and pretty much went all week without a sugary treat!  I was hoping this would be my jump start back into the game.  I was hoping for at least 3 pounds lost and a few inches here and there.  Well...I'm here to say I lost a pound, and no inches.  Trying hard to keep my game face on for next week, even if the results weren't quite what I was hoping for.

I think results are the best motivator for me, so how do you keep yourself going when you feel like you are not going anywhere fast?

  1. This happens to me too! Then I feel like the "results" show up a week or two later.

    Oh man, me too! Stuck to 1200 calories, no sugar, tons of exercise so I could lose the 1 pound and reach my goal weight and I actually gained a pound!!! So frustrating!
